for children who have been baptised

in the Catholic Church

and who are in Year 3 or above.  

If you wish your child to receive

First Holy Communion 2019

please download the application pack (Letter to Parents, Application Form & Preparation Diary with the dates of all the sessions), complete  the application form 
and return it to the Parish Office 

by Friday 2nd November 2018.
