Listening with the Heart - An Introduction to Small Group Facilitation

As part of the commitment to growing as a Synodal Church, the department of Adult Education and Evangelisation are offering an opportunity for parishioners to develop the skills of small group facilitation in the context of Parish Pastoral Councils, RCIA, Prayer Groups, Lenten Groups, Confirmation Preparation, and any other parish groups.

These short sessions will help us to develop an attitude of listening with the heart and sharing with generosity. It will provide participants with a model for rooting decision making in prayer and discernment and the tools necessary for effective facilitation.
